This year, from time to time I will be sharing a business spotlight on the blog, featuring a local business that I love. I am really excited about this spotlight because it is for Make Me Grow, run by the very talented Katherine Hodge.
Enjoy finding out more Katherine & her story here: -
What is your favourite thing about your job?
I love helping businesses and seeing them grow. Plus just being able to help out on the little things, like getting that newsletter out or thank you letters for clients posted - often the business knows what is required but so busy do everything else that marketing and communication is over looked or done very last minute. Why spend hours doing it when Make me grow can help.
How did you get started?
I always wanted to run my own business, after working in corporate marketing for 16yrs and having my first child I decided to give my own business a real go before heading back to paid work. So far not heading back!
How big is your company in terms of employees?
So far just me! Though I use a very talented team of designers & web developers to support me.
Where can we find you and how can we contact you (phone number & location)?
Can you tell the Forever Bliss Photography newsletter readers a little bit about Make Me Grow?
Make me grow is your virtual marketing and communications team. Make me grow offers Marketing Plans, Consultancy, eNewsletter, Social Media and Website Management and much more to help you grow your business. I have packages that suit most clients or happy to consult by the hour. I can do as little or as much as you need and will always advise based on your budget. It is about getting the most out of what you spend, not how much you spend.
What is your favourite thing about living in the Sutherland Shire? I love the fact we have great cafes and close to the beach, plus since working in the shire the huge amount of talented businesses I discovered.
What’s your favourite ‘indulgence’ that is just for you?
Mmmm Daily coffee and more recently training with PT.
What do you do to relax?
Well with 2 little ones under 3… sleep when I get it. But my daily coffee is my sanity and if time allows a flick through a new magazine, is something I love.
Well there you go readers, if you are in need or a marketing guru, be sure to contact Katherine, she is fabulous!!
